Due to weight and size variation with natural stones, we do things a little different here.

This is what happens next:
1.) Once you submit your order, you will receive an initial order confirmation email.

2.) Real people will then process your order! Our staff will prepare your order, then proceed to shipping, typically within 48 hours. We use UPS, Fedex Ground and various trucking companies for larger orders and international shipping. Your order is shipped according to your selection at checkout.  

3.) You will receive a final order confirmation with details, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you have any questions you can also call us during normal business hours at (505) 455-3567

Return Policy: Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of order for exchange, credit or refund with a 20% restocking fee.  Please call us first at (505) 455-3567 or email kristi@rockswest.com

Damage and breakage. We have been shipping our products around the world for over 20 years. We have learned a great deal about how to ship fragile and breakable items. No system, however, is perfect. If your order arrives in anything but perfect condition, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can have it returned to us and work with you toward to best possible resolution.
