Cultured turquoise - that's another way of saying "man made". It actually cuts and polishes very well and has an attractive blue color. It's a great starter material if you're new to lapidary. Experienced cutters find it frequently fills a niche in their creations. It's a great deal @ $45 for a 1/2 lb. bag.
